Return and Exchange policy

Anabiss strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:
If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (sealopened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can exchange it within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. Anabiss will only accept returned exchange for purchase made from the Anabiss e-Store.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If the Anabiss quality team find that the articles were used, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
If you choose to exchange the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by sending an e-mail to info@anabiss.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to exchange your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.
We offer customers the option of exchanging received items within 7 days of delivery with the supporting receipt.
Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Lost Shipping Policy

We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch till delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will reach you.
